THE QUOTE OF THE DECADE:

    "The fact that we are here today to debate raising America's debt limit is a sign of leadership failure.  It is a sign that the US Government cannot pay its own bills. We protect our mayors with men with guns; we protect our governors with men with guns;
we protect the House and the Senate and the President, with men with guns;

and our pawn shops, all with men with guns.
